Terms & Conditions for Working with Jessica

By enrolling in any of my offerings, including The Sacred Garden of She, The Sacred Bloom Room, The Sacred Bloom Codex, Metamorphosis, 1:1 activations, healing sessions, online or in person or any other transformational experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to honor the integrity of this work, create a safe and sacred space, and ensure that each participant enters from a place of readiness, self-responsibility, and devotion.

1. Personal Responsibility & Readiness for the Work

• The work we do together is deep, sacred, and transformative. It requires you to take full ownership of your healing and evolution.
• My role is to guide, activate, and illuminate what is already within you—I do not “heal” or “fix” you. The power of this journey is in your hands.
• This work is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, I encourage seeking additional support from a licensed professional.
• By enrolling in any offering, you confirm that you are emotionally and mentally resourced enough to engage in deep inner work.

2. Refunds, Transfers & Commitment

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of this work, there are no refunds once you have enrolled.
• If you are unable to complete your journey for any reason, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future round or another offering of equal or lesser value (subject to availability and approval).
• This work requires commitment. Transformation happens when you show up fully for yourself.

3. The Sacred Nature of This Work

• All teachings, transmissions, and materials—including those from The Sacred Garden of She, The Sacred Bloom Room, The Sacred Bloom Codex, and any 1:1 activations—are deeply channeled and crafted with intention.
• These materials are for your personal use only. Any redistribution, reproduction, or sharing without written consent is not permitted.
• The space we create is one of integrity, trust, and sacred reciprocity. Honor the container, honor yourself, and honor the others journeying alongside you.

4. Confidentiality & Community Agreement

• Any personal shares within live calls, group spaces, or private discussions are to be treated with full confidentiality and respect.
• This is a safe space for all participants. Any form of harm, disrespect, or violation of boundaries will not be tolerated.
• By entering this work, you are agreeing to uphold the integrity of this space, respecting yourself and others.

5. Payment Agreements & Access to Offerings

• If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments in full, even if you choose not to complete the program.
• Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the loss of access to materials, calls, or community spaces.
• Access to The Sacred Bloom Codex and other digital resources is for the enrolled participant only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.

6. Your Sovereign Choice

• By engaging in this work, you acknowledge that your transformation is your own. Your results depend on your willingness to show up, explore your edges, and embody the practices.
• There are no guarantees, only invitations. The power has always been within you.

7. Agreement & Acceptance

By enrolling in any of these offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This is a sacred commitment—to yourself, to the work, and to the container we are creating together.
